About
Corey Katz is a visual artist based out of Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Since 2010, Corey has worked as a freelance photographer specializing in commercial, portrait, food & event photography.
His work has been published in regional, national and international newspapers and magazines and used in various promotional campaigns for clients such as The Globe & Mail, Tourism Nova Scotia, Maclean’s, Forbes, CBC, Parks Canada, & The Government of Canada.
In recent years, Corey has started to explore filmmaking and sound art with his first experimental film and sound piece “Conclusion: Disease Stable” spotlighting at the Lumière Art Festival in 2023.
